In this minimal video, the monaural beating is emphasised by the shuddering lines, as the volume changes the length of each line. Rather than create a visualiser with layers of detail, this is a very simple interpretation of the sound, allowing the lines to ‘dance’ on the screen: a choreograph of indeterminate dissonance in real-time.
